Skills and Talent Arena (STA) was officially registered in 2020, born from the vision of a young social engineer who believed that every youth deserves a voice and an opportunity to create meaningful impact. Inspired by his own journey and like-minded peers, the founder sought to create a safe space where passion-driven youths could come together, share ideas, and champion community development initiatives.
Since then, STA has grown into a youth-centered organization dedicated to empowering vulnerable community members, especially young people through social and economic development programs. Guided by the belief that lasting change begins with empowered individuals, STA continues to nurture talents, build skills, and open doors of opportunity for those who need it most.
